Lynne Thompson won the 2018 Marsh Hawk Press Poetry Prize for her manuscript, Fretwork, which will be published in 2019. She is also the author of the collections Start With A Small Guitar and Beg No Pardon. The recipient of a Pushcart Prize Special Mention, Thompson’s poetry appears or is forthcoming in Ecotone, Poetry, Ploughshares, and the New England Review. She serves as Reviews and Essays Editor for the journal Spillway and is chair of the Board of Trustees at Scripps College.
